Information we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile photo. When you order, we collect your delivery address, mobile number and order details. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax (GST) obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Who can see your data
Only you can see your orders, addresses and wishlist in My Account. Authorised MTI staff can view order and customer details to fulfil orders. We share delivery details with courier partners and payment details with Razorpay only as needed to complete your order.
Cookies
We use a secure, http-only sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart. We do not use advertising cookies.
Data retention & your rights
We keep order records as required by Indian tax law. You may ask us to correct or delete your account information by emailing us; some order records may need to be retained by law.
Security
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, payments are verified server-side using Razorpay signatures, and access to admin features is restricted to authorised accounts.
