About these terms
These terms apply to purchases made on the Mekala Textile Industries (MTI) online store. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products & colours
Sarees are woven products; slight variations in colour, weave and zari from the photos are natural and are not defects. Photos marked “Sample listing” are illustrative.
Prices & payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit card or net banking). If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, it will be reconciled automatically or refunded.
Shipping
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location and courier.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us. Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. (Edit this section to match your exact policy.)
Coupons
Coupons are subject to their stated minimum order, validity and usage limits, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
